1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or using Biz Scale services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Business Identity
Biz Scale is operated by Ron Haim, a business registered in Israel. The Biz Scale brand may operate through additional entities or brands in the future.
3. Services
Biz Scale provides marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, system setup, qualification, and meeting-booking services.
We do not guarantee specific results. Any performance examples or ROI references are illustrative only.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Cooperate reasonably during service delivery
- Use services for lawful business purposes only
5. Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information, you may receive communications via email, phone calls (including recorded calls), WhatsApp, and SMS.
SMS messages are sent only where you provide prior express consent via an SMS consent checkbox. Separate consent may be requested for promotional and marketing SMS.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Call Recording
You acknowledge and agree that calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, verification of agreements, and legal documentation.
7. Questionnaires & Forms
Information submitted through questionnaires, surveys, or forms may be stored internally and used to assess and deliver services, and does not constitute a contractual commitment unless agreed in writing.
8. Payments & Billing
Payments for services are typically made on a monthly retainer basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be made via bank transfer or other methods as communicated.
Biz Scale reserves the right to introduce additional payment methods, including online payment processing, in the future.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable, except in the following case:
- If Biz Scale cancels the service from its side, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of services already paid for and not yet delivered.
If the client cancels the service for any reason:
- No refunds will be issued, including for unused time or services.
This policy applies to retainers, setup fees, and recurring services unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, processes, materials, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Biz Scale unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Biz Scale shall not be liable for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, business interruptions, or third-party platform failures. Services are provided "as is".
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Modifications
Biz Scale reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS Program)
Biz Scale operates an SMS messaging program for users who provide prior express consent. By voluntarily providing your mobile number and checking the applicable SMS consent box, you expressly agree to receive SMS text messages from Biz Scale regarding appointment reminders, service notifications, follow-ups, and, if separately opted in, promotional messages.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Upon receipt of a valid opt-out request, we will cease sending SMS messages unless and until you provide new express consent.
We maintain records of opt-in submissions, including timestamps and source form details, for compliance and legal protection. Opt-out requests do not invalidate prior lawful consent granted before the opt-out was received.
Biz Scale does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers for third-party marketing purposes.
Carrier Liability - Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction - You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
